Graham Marsden (Travelogician) has spent nearly 20 years supporting business launches, NGOs, and entrepreneurs as a communications professional, all the while harboring a dream to launch his own company. Having traveled to 63+ countries, all 7 continents, and every US state but Alaska (so far), Graham’s observations over decades of international travel, and his background in political science, form the foundation of Whole Travel, challenging travelers to bring more awareness to the broader narrative of their experiences.

Graham is an experienced international speaker and facilitator, having led sessions with leading entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Greece, Geneva, Panama, Nicaragua, the US, Bali, and Bangkok, as well as a collaboration with the U.S. Department of State. Dr. Mia Mulrennan, Psy.D.

Dr. Mia Mulrennan has had a unique career. She has worked in two industries for over 25 years: Organizational Psychology and the Travel and Hospitality Industry. She has worked as an organizational psychologist and travel psychology consultant in a variety of roles and settings, including a high-profile list of Fortune 500 companies. Mia joins Don’t Go as an advisor in executive travel strategy and travel psychology. She is the author of Passed over and Pissed Off: The Overlooked Leadership Talents of Generation X, and owns and operates Rave-Worthy, a customer service and talent management consultancy. Gray Shealy

A global executive in travel and hospitality, Gray Shealy is an entrepreneur and visionary in leveraging brand strategy to create and deliver meaningful experiences that emotionally connect with the customer, inspire innovation, drive loyalty, and generate revenue. He is a noted expert in building brands with holistic experiences and growing programs from ideation to execution.His most recent endeavor was to reinvent the cruise experience and design the next generation of ships for Royal Caribbean’s seven global brands.

Previously, he collaborated with senior industry executives to create, launch, and lead Georgetown University’s Master’s in Global Hospitality Leadership program, reshaping talent development for aspiring industry leaders. During his past tenure as an executive at Starwood Hotels, Gray led the redevelopment and evolution of major branding and design strategies for the company’s most noted flags. There, he served as the Global Design Director for W Hotels, setting the standard for design leadership and establishing the brand’s reputation as a global powerhouse. He also led key components of Le Méridien Hotels + Resort’s worldwide re-launch as their Director of Design.

As a spokesman for the hospitality industry, he is a frequent speaker at conferences and is a published author in various media outlets. Originally from the mountains of Western North Carolina, he is an avid traveler, having been to over 75 countries on 6 continents. Shealy graduated as valedictorian from Clemson University with a B.A. in Architecture and holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University.
